This workgroup product identifies what is needed from local, state, and Federal partners to improve the overall response and contributions of the health care sector during the aftermath of a detonated improvised nuclear device (IND) in the NYC region. Informed by workgroup deliberations, GNYHA and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene are using this document to inform planning discussions with government response partners.
