This tool kit helps communities educate their radiation response volunteers with the concept of population monitoring. Information includes orientation, recruitment, modules and courses, resources, templates and forms, and tools. Many of the documents are in editable format for communities to customize, and links to radiation resources make it easy to find information from state and federal partners.
